Introduction
The following information is the Draconic Awards primer. It is the general guidelines about how events are organized as well as how to run a compeititon at a hosted event as well as any WGC events.This document defines the principles of running a Draconic Award compeititon as well as the entire painting comptition circuit. As guidelines, this document can change as we tighten up procedures and adjust any rules that may come up with the coming of time.
